Business Enrichment Provider (EP) Policy
This policy outlines the responsibilities and operating requirements for Business Enrichment Providers (“Business EPs”) contracted by Togetherhood.
Role and Responsibilities
- A Business EP is defined as a company or organization that delivers enrichment programming by assigning instructors from its internal network to teach courses scheduled by Togetherhood.
- Business EPs are responsible for providing qualified, pre-approved instructors from their own network (“in-network instructors”) to deliver Togetherhood enrichment courses. Business EPs must ensure their instructors uphold Togetherhood’s quality, safety, and conduct standards.
Instructor Screening and Contact Information
- Business EPs must submit a complete and current list of all in-network instructors who may teach or substitute in Togetherhood courses. This list must include each instructor’s full name and up-to-date contact information.
- All in-network instructors must undergo screening and background checks conducted or approved by Togetherhood prior to any teaching assignment or substitution.
Substitute Teacher Policy
-
Business EPs are fully responsible for managing substitute coverage within their own network. Togetherhood does not coordinate substitution for Business EPs when their in-network instructors are teaching a course that has been assigned to them.
- For each course assigned to them, Business EPs must designate and provide the name of an instructor from their network who will serve as a substitute in the event the originally assigned in-network instructor is unavailable to teach a scheduled session.
-
All substitutions must be reported through the Togetherhood Substitute Request Form, and the Business EP must provide the name of their in-network instructor that will be substituting for the session.
-
If a Business EP fails to secure a substitute and Togetherhood is required to provide coverage from its own network, the incident will be classified as a “No Show” if the request is submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled session.
- Requests made more than 24 hours in advance are not considered No Shows but are strongly discouraged. If Togetherhood is required to provide a substitute on two occasions within the same term, the Business EP will be required to meet with their Community Manager to discuss performance expectations. A third such incident in the same term may result in a review and potential revocation of Business EP privileges.
Emergency and Last-Minute Communication
- Business EPs must maintain and provide updated contact information for all in-network instructors. This ensures Togetherhood can reach instructors directly in cases of emergencies, last-minute changes, or urgent communications.
Payment Terms
-
Togetherhood will issue payment to the Business EP for services rendered.
-
The Business EP is solely responsible for disbursing payments to its in-network instructors. Togetherhood bears no responsibility or liability for internal payment arrangements. Business EPs must ensure that all financial policies and procedures established by Togetherhood are clearly communicated and upheld by their in-network instructors.
Compliance and Reassignment
- Failure to comply with Togetherhood policies- including those related to instructor screening, substitute coverage, timely communication, and policy dissemination- may result in reassignment of courses or termination of the Business EP’s agreement with Togetherhood.
